Admitted students

Now that you have been accepted, here are some important next steps:

  1. Make it official

    To secure your enrollment, confirm your intent to enroll.

  2. Apply for financial aid

    Complete the online Free Application for Federal Student Aid — FAFSA — immediately at studentaid.gov. Use the California College of ASU school code 014697. Completing your FAFSA enables you to be considered for need-based federal and state grants, scholarships and loans.

  3. Apply for scholarships

    As a newly admitted student, you may be eligible for a California College of ASU scholarship to help pay for tuition! Scholarship deadlines are firm, so don’t wait!

  4. Submit your final proof of high school graduation

    Admitted students are required to submit final transcripts to verify that all work in progress has been successfully completed. See the Proof of High School Graduation submission requirements.

  5. Submit your final college transcripts and exam scores for credit

    If you’ve successfully completed college courses, submit your transcripts for transfer credit Evaluation now. See Transfer Student information.

    We award college academic credit for certain secondary exams. Your official exam scores and transcripts must be approved prior to New Student Orientation to qualify for college academic credit.

  6. Submit your request for student housing

    As a California College of ASU student, you have access to housing options within five miles of the campus at off-campus apartment communities. Housing requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited and can fill up fast. We encourage you to request housing early to ensure you get your first choice. Submit your housing request online along with your $50.00 non-refundable housing request fee.

  7. Visit your new campus

    Tours are scheduled Monday–Friday by appointment by calling 800-785-0585. Or you can join us for our next Open House. Email us to reserve your spot at admissions@columbiacollege.edu

  9. Attend New Student Orientation

    New Student Orientation lets you familiarize yourself with the school and meet the academics team, faculty, staff, student mentors and your classmates.

  10. Learn about tuition payment options

    Tuition and fees are due on the first day of the semester. Learn about tuition payment options and payment plans.
