Military veterans

You've served us. Now, let us serve you.

California College of ASU is recognized as a top military-friendly college and we’re proud to welcome students who served in our country’s military. We’re dedicated to helping veterans and their dependents achieve their education and career goals.

We participate in the Yellow Ribbon GI Education Enhancement program, approved by the California State Approving Agency for Veteran Education. At California College of ASU, you will find a community of students, faculty and staff committed to your success. In addition to GI Bill benefits, federal financial aid is available to qualified students.

Applicants who are veterans of the U.S. military, currently on active duty or members of the National Guard or Reserves are exempt from paying the application fee when applying online.

Our Veteran Services Office serves as a liaison between student veterans and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The office is equipped to assist veterans with all areas of California College of ASU including explaining VA benefits, evaluating previous academic experience and training and referrals to community-based organizations. We also support the nonprofit LA-based group, Veterans in Film and Television.
