California College of ASU students have the opportunity to live in student housing at Broadway Palace, a luxury apartment building with a unique design based on old Hollywood. The building is less than half a mile from the ASU California Center Grand and a couple blocks from ASU California Center Broadway.
The building has many amenities, including fitness centers, indoor volleyball and basketball courts, a 24/7 gym and two pools.
