California College of ASU accepts applications for admission exclusively via the Common App. There will be standard general questions and California College of ASU-specific questions for you to answer.

Create your Common App account or log in if you have previously used the Common App.
Select the “College Search” tab to add California College of ASU to your college list. Then, select the “My Colleges” tab. From the menu on the left-hand side, select “Questions” to answer questions specific to California College of ASU.
These questions are specific to California College of ASU and are required. This is where you can submit a fee waiver code if you received one from California College of ASU.
Please select your desired degree program, major and emphasis. If you are not sure which program you want to apply to, select a program that interests you — you can change it after admission.

Select “Recommenders and FERPA” from the left-hand menu.
California College of ASU does not require letters of recommendation, but students need to indicate a high school counselor who can be contacted and complete the FERPA release authorization.
Select the “Review and Submit Common App” section on the left-hand side to proceed with filling out your application.
The Common App consists of nine sections. Students need to submit responses in each section to have a complete application; note that some are not required for admission to California College of ASU.

This section covers your biographical information and communication preferences. Required questions in each of these categories are noted with a red asterisk.
This section allows you to share family information. You will need to provide information on the members of your immediate household, to include information on their education history. If you do not have this information handy, please select “I have limited information about this parent.”
We need to know which schools you have attended. This includes high school and any colleges you have earned or are currently earning credit from. We also need to know what courses you are taking or have most recently completed, your honors status and your education goals.
Providing test score information is not required in the Common App. If you want us to consider your test scores, please have them sent directly to California College of ASU.
Listing activities is not required, and this information is not used for admission purposes.
California College of ASU does not require essays for admission. Please select the “I understand” box, leave the remaining writing section blank and proceed to the “Additional Information” subsection to answer two required questions.
You can self-report your high school grades to receive a faster admission decision. If you choose to send official transcripts, you will complete your application faster, but it may take longer for you to receive an admission decision — the timeline depends on when California College of ASU receives your official transcripts.
Select: Yes, I can access a copy of my transcript or official grades if you are able to review your unofficial transcript and list each of your classes and grades.
Select: No if you would rather send in an official transcript from your high school and any colleges you have attended.
After all sections of the application have been completed, you can submit your application. If you are submitting official transcripts, request that your schools send them to California College of ASU as soon as possible.

We need to know which schools you have attended. Supplying test scores or GPA is optional. Community-based organization involvement must be reported.
Important: When you list colleges you have attended, you can request your official transcripts electronically or via mail. If you do not want to request your transcripts through the Common App, you are responsible for requesting that your official transcripts be sent to California College of ASU. We must receive your transcripts before we can process an admission decision.
California College of ASU does not use any supporting information to make admission decisions, but you must respond to the Affirmation statements. You do not need to submit any experiences, achievements or documents. It is OK if you have submitted supporting information for other college applications; California College of ASU will not use them to make an admission decision.
